Shobla Kaathkuni Royale (Kullu) is a wooden masterpiece which seamlessly blends local architecture with the modern amenities and furnishings. ‘Kaathkuni’ is a term given to the local architectural design which involves interlocking of wood and stones. The mud plastered walls further enhances the room ambiance as well as keeps the room naturally insulated. The detailed and intricate carving on wood is a delight to watch in this modern era and shall only remind you of the good old days. The cottages has valley facing rooms with private balcony on the first floor and the ground floor rooms are attached to the garden area.

    We enjoyed our stay at Bhaveek's beautiful place in Kullu, i.e. the Shobla Kaathkuni Royale Cottage. The place was very peaceful - a home like stay which makes you feel you're away from city disturbance even though we were in the city. The cottage is lovely and it has a nice small garden with beautiful flowers. The rooms are really good, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Bhaveek is extremely friendly and an amazing host who helped us in every way. We would surely visit again and would recommend this place to all.

    First impression of the property after a tiring drive to Manali was just wow as the property is overlooking the Jogini Falls above. Nice property to spend some quality time with loved ones. The housekeeping team was always available and courteous. The rooms were really very nice and cozy. You can actually relax their and feel yourself out of the world. The food was freshly cooked, simple and perfect. This is a place to be if you actually want a detox from the hustle bustle.

    Bhaveek's place was awesome, his manager Deepak and staff were very courteous. We stayed 5 nights end of April into May. Breakfast is off the charts good. Manali was part of our India get away trip and surely met our needs. We were in no rush and Deepak guided us to the appropriate places and restaurants. Views from the room was breathtaking. Wifi/network is spotty and that's exactly what we wanted. If you want to unwind in a secluded location for the right price, this is it.

    We stayed in Shobla Royale for 3 nights in January this year. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. The rooms are decent with all modern amenities. Best thing we like is the multiplex where one can enjoy watching movie along with stay and Pizza Hut for kids. The staff is very professional and helpful and I definitely want to mention one name which is Kavish. He is extremely helpful. Overall, this is my preferred place to stay whenever I plan to visit Kullu and Manali.
